Naša suradnica na projektu dr. sc. Vanesa Varga sudjelovala je na konferenciji ”Children and Integral Human Development” na Sveučilištu Notre Dame (South Bend, Indiana, SAD). Konferencija se održala od 6. do 8. rujna u organizaciji profesora Clemensa Sedmaka i ”Center for Social Concerns” Sveučilišta Notre Dame. Na konferenciji su sudjelovali nastavnici različitih područja s katoličkih sveučilišta u svijetu te stručnjaci koji se bave izučavanjem tema koje uključuju djecu i djetinjstvo. Dr. sc. Vanesa Varga predstavila je rezultate projekta ”Digitalna tehnologija u obitelji: obrasci ponašanja i učinci na razvoj djece” te naglasila vrijednost aktivne roditeljske medijacije u kontekstu dječjeg korištenja digitalne tehnologije.

Our research associate Vanesa Varga participated in the conference “Children and Integral Human Development” at the University of Notre Dame (South Bend, Indiana, USA). The conference was held from September 6 to 8, organized by Professor Clemens Sedmak and the “Center for Social Issues” of the University of Notre Dame. The conference was attended by experts in various fields from Catholic universities around the world and experts who study topics involving children and childhood. Vanesa Varga presented the results of the project “Digital technology in the family: patterns of behaviour and effects on child development” and emphasized the value of active parental mediation in the context of children’s use of digital technology.
